If it was to be finaced and they felt strongly enough about it (they clearly do) Why wouldn't they have started it immediately??? We'll be debt free at the end of this season. So even in the league below we have a squad from lower leagues with a majority of small wages for a club of our size. Payments would be no problem. I thought it would be finaced too but with all the talk of "learning lessons" I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't
