Ring one of them numbers. I used to work at dwp and hated every minute (not ashamed to admit it but I broke down too one day) of it and one day just left as it was too much. I'm not saying u shud resign as I don't know the facts but u need to take time out and be surrounded by people that love u mate. Make an appointment with ur gp on Monday morning and ring one of them numbers in the meantime.
