and nightly, sit at the table, with your feet in salt water

You can get 1kg of cooking salt in the supermarket for about 30p

Stock up on loads of that, and you'll sort your feet out in no time

(I was supposed to have my nail extracted earlier this year. I did it myself in the end. Wouldn't advise it, but I was s**t faced and had had enough. Not sure I'm totally out of the woods with what grew back, but seems to be ok so far)
