If even a few of these rumours are true (and there appears something in several of them - I suspect we are pursuing various DM options but won't buy them all) then within a couple of weeks from now we could very easily be putting out a side with 8 or 9 new players from last season.

Hoot has obviously taken s look at us in competitive action and decided big changes are needed. Maybe he's accepted that Lambo basically had them overperforming last season and he's not going to be able to keep that going. Whatever the reason it's a but of a shame but I also think it probably has to be done. Our spine needs to be stronger. A player like Nzonzi could make a huge difference.
