This is probably not the right answer as I'm no pen-face but,

I've recently had problems with streaming. Turns out there are issues with the most recent update of Flash. Uninstalled it then installed an older version, now back to normal.

Probably nothing to do with your problem, and if I'm honest I didn't really understand it. Hope that helps.
