I watched quite a lot of the academy highlights from last year

Loza looks like a poacher. The Murphy's both seem to have pace and run at people. I think Josh Murphy in particular looks like prospect on the wing. Hall-Johnson is a goal scoring midfielder. I think he's taller and gets forward from central midfield.

That said (and at the risk of no doubt being called racist) its not always easy to tell which of them has done what on the highlights (apart from when they score) as the camera is often miles away from the action!
