It's a lose/lose situation. Either the fans say we're not investing or we're spending money we don't have.

Would a player who cost us ?5m be better than a player who cost us ?1m? In most people's eyes, apparently so but 'investing' certainly didn't stop QPR shipping five goals at home on Saturday either.
