Try driving in Norwich, and you'll change your views.

Cyclists jump red lights....because they're red and they don't want to stop. Or they'll go up onto the pavement, cut up any pedestrians using crossings, and carry on their merry way.

If I'm driving after dark I have to use lights. These tosesrs don't bother.
