She was claiming the bad figures were

due to the Elgin gas leak in the North sea. She had a go at Labour saying they would borrow.

It was pointed out by the BBC Newsreader that the bad figures mean that the govt is actually having to borrow more money because the plans are not working.

The BBC news reader went all Paxman on her.
