This is not meant to sound in any way defeatest,

but the last three years have pretty much been a once in a generation thing. It was a ride, a f**king brilliant ride, but the ride finished when Lambert left.

It was all about collective effort, spirit, and huge momentum. That has now been disassembled. But that's not to say we will imediately be back to the monumental s**ttness of Rioch/Hamilton/Megson etc.

We have a structure in place now which we haven't had for a very long time. And whilst that is no free pass to success, it should provide an element of protection againts the years of s**te that we endured (with the exception of a pre-promotion Worthy) pre Lambert.

We were f**king s**tter than s**t yesterday and need to pick up big time, but remember, as someone once said, its just a ride.
