Once that went tits up there was no plan B. The Hoot needs to realise the skills of our individual players and how as a team we play best. I'm sure that will come with time. He does, however, need to admit where he has got things wrong tactically. We need someone to sit in front on the defence and distribute (a Fox back up) and attacking wingers if we are going to play that formation.
