Chris Hughton's Norwich City. Evolution or revolution?

What with Vaughan and Morison being linked to exits elsewhere, the speculation of further quality incomings and with the already well publicised comings and goings, Hughton is certainly stamping his mark.

He's clearly taken his time to identify areas of weakness that need strengthening, and I'm becoming ever more confident that we'll do OK* again this year.

But here's the question. Is Chris Hughton doing more than just getting someone in the give the lads a hand?

Evolution?

Or

Revolution?

* Odd untut when you're happy to see Norwich City just do OK!
