I was thinking the snod (if I can call him that!) is more likely to get forward and notch up goals as compared to howson and possibly also get higher player ratings too.

Isn't Howson likely to be playing a more holding, less attacking role this year under Hughton if the friendlies are anything to go by.

Good point about Bale's knees though (sorry wrong post I know, but typing on my iPhone is excrutiatingly painful at times!)
