I've got two phones and a mobile broadband wifi thing linked to one account.

When I check my usage online it only shows a 3GB allowance when I signed up for 5. They just said they don't offer a 5GB tarif, despite me directing them to their website with the offer, quoting from their magazine which advertises the same, and telling her I have a contract in front of me saying 5GB.

The t**ts. Mind you I've been with then nearly ten years and never had a problem, so hopefully this will get sorted. That f**king music though..
