Just phone them up and threaten to leave if they don't fix it

I've done it twice when my SKy equipment has played up. The second time I got them to move my dish as well, as it was pointing at trees and was rubbish at various times of the year.

Their repair charges are expensive, and their equipment tends to break a fair bit (depending on the model). I think they would rather continue to sell you their expensive subscription than make you pay for a repair

As Ben said though, if they both broke at the same time, then it's probably something else. Do they turn on etc?
