1) farah golden double making him possibly our greatest ever athlete
2) murray golden redemption as he destroyed the great roger federer
3) daley bronze nailing every dive in an amazing standard final after struggling to qualify
4) ennis smashing the field to win the heptathlon
5) wiggins obliterating the time trial by 44 seconds, moments after tricky said it was close
