the smaller ones are....but....

i recall staying in Milan for an exhibition, my Italian colleague took me out of the city centre hotel, acorss a small gated square/park (exactly like albert square in eastenders!) to a restaurent that was dirt cheap (for the area) but did the most gorgeous food....we had a fab nights eating and drinking.... on the short walk back to the hotel, again went through the square, but now at 11pm was literally stepping over comotosed bodies who either "had" shot up, or were in the process of shooting up..... was f**king scary!!!
