so as to break up an attack. If the Umpire plays on as he doesn't think it's deliberate you will have gained an unfair advantage.

Basically, If it's in the Circle, get your feckin feet out of the way unless you think it will help stop a certain goal (but don't make it look deliberate or you'll give a pen flick away).

Part of the game is using your skill to force the Penalty Corners.

Umpiring Hockey is a horrible job btw
