very true....

however this years successes at the olympics started years ago..... so this country seems to be getting "something" right!

If only we could use the same model for our international footballers........

I still put it down to motive being to earn as much money as poss as a bigger priority than to win cups for the footballers....... fundementally all being down to what money is pumped into the game....
