Trouble is, Team Lambert had a win ratio of almost 50% over their 3 seasons

which is phenomenal.

It seems very unlikely that Hughton will be able to match that, especially if he keeps us in the prem. Therefore even if they are an decent management team, they will probably never feel as successful as the Lambert years
