Halfords are ok if you get a decent bike at a decent price

Halfords do sell some crap bikes but if you avoid them then you'll be ok.

Halfords premium own brand - Carrera are ok, they also sell boardman etc

I got my mountain bike online after a lot of searching. It was at a huge reduction because it was an old model (which didn't bother me) brand new bike, but still great spec
