Move more, eat less is the only way to lose weight. Anything else is a gimmick designed to cash in on the fact that we all carry a few pounds as we get older and feel anxious about it. Moving more needn't be heroic - just a half hour walk a few times a week will have you feeling better and losing some weight after a few weeks.
