There was a gret ole lightning storm overhead at Nasie Towers yesterday afternoon.

It's knocked out my landline service, but strangely not my internets.

I have rung BT faults to report the aforementioned fault. Their automated line test has identified a fault between the exchange and my house. They have just text me to say that they aim to resolve my fault by 5pm on 9/8/12.

Three days?

I don't expect them to take this long, but.... well.... tick tick tick....
