Sorry, but off-both-topics: anyone remember a TV documentary

which looked at imminent scientific breakthroughs including a car that steers itself, a wheelchair operated by brainwaves and a skeleton suit that allows quadraplegics to walk? If so, was it a Horizon or an Equinox, or better still can you recall what it was called please?
