It's bizarre - I'm almost resenting football talk. I just don't want to know.

And I'm already worrying about the Olympics.

Some might say its some kind of weird collective national mania, which may have some small element of truth.

But I'm more than happy to be swept up in it all. It changes the way you think. Astonishing stuff.
