from my perspective

much much more should be done to facilitate cycling purely from the viewpoint that anything that can be done to improve the physical health of citizens is a good thing that benefits everyone. all down to finance in the end. cyclists generate f**k all compared to other road users. this is where the fault in the system lays, not in the political divide.
