I want cycling in London - and the UK generally - to be safer and more accessible

Every cyclist's death is a reminder of how far we have to go. If that's a 'political agenda' then so be it. and London has a shameful record of not trying to make roads safe for people on bikes. Particularly Boris, whose advice was that cyclists just 'need to keep their wits about them'. Rather than make any effort to make the streets safer for people who walk or cycle.
