Back from the Olympics

Amy and Dad had a great time at the hockey, it?s an impressive arena and the blue pitch and yellow ball make viewing easy. The Olympic Park is massive, took us 20 minutes to walk from Stratford Station to the arena.

Everything was well organised; friendly stewards, helpful and smiling. I presume that these were the volunteers who wanted to be there and my impression was that they all were happy to help. If anything there were too many!

Security was low key but thorough all polite, queuing organised and moved well.

The transport in and out was good, no problems and overall it was a good ?experience?.

I think the real crowds test will come when the athletics starts and there?s an extra 80,000+ coming in and out each day but from what I?ve seen I think it will be fine.

Well done to the organisers.
