In essence I agree that we need to get the team working harder and together

but of all those things he mentions we need to do, all of them are his responsibility to put into place before the game, though of course he absolves himself of blame with the horse to water quote but being 4-0 and 3-0 down at HT in the previous 2 games suggests that the players are not motivated from the start.

Also the need to cut out mistakes was used previously this season and is now being bandied about again, shirely Nigel that is what training and practice sessions are for, reducing the risk of errors again this is your area not something the players are responsible for.
