I presume companies advertising in the s**t sections pay only clumpence for the right, though. Thing is, I'd pay the same price for half the paper if I didn't have to waste half of it. I bet that wouldn't balance it out though.

it's a shame. I stopped getting New Statesman because that's a lot of money for only half a magazine.
