whats the chances of super members getting a ticket for Liverpool?

seeing as Lolerpool will take up all of their allocation, i imagine its quite difficult to get home games against the big teams? booked a weeks holiday in Norfolk that week so intending on going to that game. Also, is it better to book via the tinternet or by phone when they go on sale at 9am?
