she does seem a big softy but then you look at her 'letsbe avenue' speech and the fact that she has got so far in business and surely she must have an element of 'hard arsed b***h' about her? My mum used to know someone who worked for her and who absolutely hated her and thought she was a total b***h.

Thing is though Delia is only one member of the board and I dont know why we all presume she is the driving force.
