But can't fault the PC analysis - alas the business world is awash with IT departments who can't see beyond Microsoft - even to the point where Explorer & Outlook are foisted upon us (although I've downloaded FireFox, but can't get it to work properly with the intranet). Mind you, we've just upgraded to XP from NT and it appears to be somewhat more stable; if still a pile of s**t.
