UK Outlook for Monday 16 Jul 2012 to Wednesday 25 Jul 2012:
Unsettled weather is expected to continue to affect most parts of the United Kingdom during the second half of July. Although the start of next week may see some drier, brighter weather in parts of the south, cloud and outbreaks of rain will probably affect most of the UK by mid-week. Similar conditions are expected into the weekend with showers or longer spells of rain for many, but also with a chance of some sunny spells. There are some indications of drier, brighter less unsettled weather in the south during the following week, although confidence in this remains low at this stage. It will probably feel cool for mid-July, especially in the west, although temperatures may rise to around normal for the time of year in any drier, sunnier periods.
