I watched that over-hyped new series "The Newsroom" on Sky Atlantics last night.
Thought as it was a TV show about TV that it would involve a lot of mind-numbing naval gazing. I was wrong.
The hype surrounding it is worth it. Brilliant concept by Aaron Sorkin (West Wing, The Social Network etc), razor-sharp quick-fire dialogue, absorbing characters, brilliant cast led by Jeff Daniels.
It's on Sky Anytime. Get on it Wrothers!!
