Terry defence seeking to have case dismissed

Judge to rule at 2pm whether is dismissed or case continues.

Interesting. On the face of it the case v Terry appears quite strong and his defence initially sounded iffy but his QC has actually played a clever game I think. Terry couldn't deny saying the words as would have been shown to be a liar but i don't see how they can prove either way whether he said "you black ....!" or "a black ......?"
