I wouldn`t be surprised if Cav pulled out after Wednesday

when the tour goes into the Alps.

Most Sprinters are crap in the mountains. They usually all stick together along with all the other who can`t keep up because although there is a cut off time in terms of being eliminated from the race, The rules dictate that you cannot eliminate over a quarter of the field in one day. So safety in numbers.

At the end of the day though Cav is a professional Cyclist and Sky are paying his wages.

And If a Brit secures the yellow Jersey in Paris, it will be history making and better than any Olympic medal.

Any fan of cycling would want to see a Brit win The Tour
