While it's good that we can have this debate

There are clear reasons why physical insults are not considered in the same way as racial insults, and this is enshrined in law (google 'protected characteristics').

In essence I fundamentally I disagree with you, but you are right that doing a self-righteous flounce to circumvent the argument is not the way to confront the issue.
