Just seen it's being tried by a magistrate only, no jury

So guilty as charged, penalty a fine. Don't know if the size of the fine is related to the defendant's income (in which max fine) or to the gravity of the offence, in which I would guess it will be below max (heat of the moment, provocation etc)
