Cheap, you can superglue them down so they holt firm, and cos they're hard, they work forever
Spongy inserts, or silicone, don't do it for me. Firm and solid, so your balance restores, is permanent and constant
I think I've sprained my ankle badly once in the last 17 years since I was told about it. Even then I think the ankle didn't give way that much, and i was flat footed in a couple of days
Over that time, I've gone over on the ankle loads. Instead of the joint giving way, because of the supports doing their job for the rest of your body, you kind of spring back up, instead of what you've done. Then you realise the strength your joint has gained from a couple of leather wedges
Cos they work, and they're cheap, there's no need to go to scholl and have some ?60 nonsense made
