Over the next week you'll just tip toe in pain, then you'll tip toe without pain 2nd week. Then 3rd week onwards is a steady but fast progression to getting your foot closer to the ground
By about the 6th week, you'll be walking, but you'll still be wary of what you've done. The 6th week is the end of the cycle, the rest is from there is a mixture of believing it's done, and your body retraining the joint and foot by to strength
