What exactly do people want us to do? Spend 7million on a striker?

Still amazes me that there are people who don't understand what NCFC is trying to do in protecting our longer term future so we don't ever end up back where we were. Spending barreloads of money doesn't necessarily get you what you're looking for either, as QPR nearly found out to their cost last season.

Personally I'll be happy with 17th and a third year in the Premiership. Can't say I'm worried about next season, looking forward to it even though I think it will be a lot harder than this one just past.
