take a look at what the Post Office are offering..... 3 years ago we took out a hefty mortgage thru the PO for an amazingly low rate, just above the base rate.... found out it was actually a Bank Of Ireland product, but the PO were offering them very very low.... prob cant get the BoI one anymore, but bet the PO do some similar....
