i did a low carb (wheat and potato) diet between late jan and end of march...

lost over a stone, just swapped bread for ryvita and had extra veg rather than potatoes, cut out chips.... then i cut out biscuits and crisps, replacing them with fruit and nuts.... weight just fell off.... gonna start it again monday!!!!
