Negotiation

We could have accepted Culverhouse?s resignation and put him on gardening leave for a year and paid him for his notice period. Not ideal for us but even less ideal for Villa so I expect there to have been some negotiation and a settlement reached for all three. Will the terms of this will be disclosed by either club? Possibly not.
