How many (ex-)captains have we got in the side now then ?

G. Holt, R. Bennett, J. Butterfield, J. Howson, R. Martin, A. Crofts ?

Wondering who will take the armband this season. I guess Holt has shot his bolt, but will Martin be used enough to be captain ? And Wessi ? Could Hughton be tempted to give the armband to Howson I wonder ? Or go all boring and give it to Ruddy ? (Personally I don't like goalkeeper captains). Too isolated on the field.
