Oi Rome-visiting Pandyman

I know we're supposed to be watching Spain being amazing and the like best footballers ever and that, but when are you going to Rome? If you are wanting to get out of the city for a bit and are on the southside, go out on the via Appia Nuova (it's an old Roman road and interesting in its own right) and see some fantastic scenery south of Ciampino. After the via Appia N. go on the via dei Laghi and have a trip round the Lago Albano and see Castel Gandolfo, Rocca di Papa and then a little bit further to Nemi and its lake. Beautiful places, innit.
