From Villa message board

It is hilarious really. I have a journalist mate who works very closely with Norwich. He advised me on the movements of Lambert very early on. I get a little tip off him over 2 hours ago that Villa are interested in Howson & what do you know....Apparently according to @ITK_TRANSFER we have had a bid accepted. That confirms where he gets his info from. I have just rang my journalist mate, and no bid has been made. Lambert is interested, but no bid.
