is critical because we have NO replacement for him in teh squad whatsoever. Apparently Hughes and Jarrett like to get forward too much (!) to replace him and so a washed up old LB is the best backup we have. You couldn't make such s**te up because no-one could believe a well paid football manager could be so incompetent.
