As much as I hate to say it - we need to get stuffed on Saturday.

We will never turn the corner and make progress with Worthy in charge. We are just delaying the inevitable and the sooner things change the sooner someone else can pick up the pieces.
If the worst comes to the worst, move Worthy upstairs as Director of Football with no say in team matters.
